Essay Contest (“Contest”) through littlegipperspirit.com and those that visit littlegipper.com to purchase merchandise or otherwise want to find out more information about The LGC. 1. What Information Does LGC Collect When You Submit an Entry Form for The Contest Through the Little Gipper Spirit “What’s Your Passion?” Entry Form?

When an entrant submits an Entry Form for the Contest, we collect the following information:

The entrant’s name, age, grade

in school, mailing address, email address, and gender. In order to comply with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we also collect the name and email address of at least one parent that needs to consent to his or her child or children participating in the Contest, and to us collecting the information set forth in this Section 1.

If after submitting an Entry Form for the Contest, a parent or the entrant no longer wishes to participate or otherwise wants for us to discard any of the information submitted to us, please let us know at info@littlegipper.com.

2. What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any of the information we collect from an entrant or the entrant’s parents through the Entry Form will be used for purposes directly related to the Essay Contest. Any information we collect from visitors to littlegipper.com who buy or shop for merchandise may be used for providing those visitors with additional information regarding merchandise or promotions offered through littlegipper.com or its affiliated site, littlegipperspirit.com

3. How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of the personal information that

is submitted to us on the Entry Form. We offer the use of a secure server and only The LGC and the individual that administers our website from 20milesnorth.com has access to this information. It will not be shared with any third party for any reason.

Any supplied sensitive/credit information that is submitted for making purchases through littlegipper.com is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
